We have met at the starting point of the tour at the CO-Cathedral with the talented guide Chris Schembri, who performs as ‘Xandru Galea’ along the tour. He started by explaining what we would expect from the whole tour!
While the walking tour starts, at the first stop, ‘Xandru Galea’ explains the back-story of the difference between a pirate and a corsair! Certainly, this explains a historical thrilling how something religious was a thriving business.
One can notice that in Valletta, there are typical statues of saints on several street corners. A particular corner does not consist of a statue or a monument but it has a podium. This particular corner has a vicious story behind it. Experience the tour so you will discover the hidden tale of this corner.
